Cheese Tart ~

How can you missed the recent craze over the cheese tart, especially when you can do it at home.

Living in fast pace environment, you will be encouraged to whip up something at home when there is short cut, so I bought this ready frozen tart from Poon Huat, they are quite mini and cute and good for one mouth bite. And you can always do some cheese tart within half an hour or so and served them fresh out of oven, thats the best time to eat them.

Look like these and they are only around 4-5cm width.

4. Take out the custard from the fridge and fill it into a piping bag. Pipe the custard into the tart until it completely covered the tart base. Brush custard evenly with egg yolk.

5. Bake the tarts at 230C fan mode, for 7-9min until the top turn golden.

6. Once baked, remove from oven and cool slightly on a wire rack. Best eaten when its still warm and freshly out from oven!!!! Taste amazingly good with the melting cheese swimming in your mouth.
