

Mocha Devil Cake~
Coffee & Chocolate, all better RICH. This is an eggless mocha cake which is so moist and melt in your mouth when eaten fresh out from the oven.
You should make this fresh as it only took 10 min to prepare and 30 min to bake.
Enjoy the most evil food on earth!!!
Ingredients
Dry
180g Cake Flour
175g sugar
25g cocoa powder
1/2tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
Wet
1tsp vanilla extract
15g vinegar
75g vegetable oil
230g cold coffee (I used espresso with milk ~ another word latte with lots of espresso :))
Walnut (optional)
Ganache
225g chocolate chips
1/2cup coffee (again I used espresso with milk)
Directions
1. Preheat oven 180C and line 8"/9" with 2"deep square pan with baking paper.
2. Shift dry ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
3. Whisk wet ingreients in another bowl.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly well combined. Add walnut and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 30-35min.
6. Once the cake cool, prepare the chocolate ganache and pour on top of the cake. Served immediately or keep in the fridge for awhile to set the frosting.
