

Sambal Minced Pork with Baiye Tofu ~
This Old Hokkien tyle, Sambal Minced Pork is full of great spicy flavor. Fast and simple to make, it comes together in less than 20 minutes – and lately, it’s been on our plates a lot around here. The combination of minced pork paired with Baiye Tofu that come with the chewy texture and a prominent beancurd taste, stir fried with hot sambal is perfect dish served with a bowl of rice or porridge.
But becareful of the buring in your mouth!!! But I am loving it to the max!!!
Ingredients
300g minced pork
40g baiye tofu (ard 1/3 of a packet)
2 tbsp fish sauce
1-2tbsp suga
Sambal Spice
75g dried shrimp
75g red chilli (lessen if you dont want to be too spicy)
35g garlic
30g shallot
some chicken stock or water
Direction
1. Blend the sambal spice ingredients into paste.
2. Heat oil in a wok, stir fry the sambal spice until fragrant.
3. Add in minced pork and shredded baiye tofu. Season with fish sauce and sugar.
4. Stir fry over low heat for about 10 min until cooked. Add in some water now and then if it is too dry.
